Due to a material breach of contract and ongoing litigation, Orenda Humanity has terminated all of its agreements with Octagenix Limited, HIPCO Distribution and HIPCO Global.

As a result, Orenda Humanity has no association with Octagenix Limited, its management and staff, nor its affiliates and any present and future endeavours.  This is identical for HIPCO Distribution and HIPCO Global. 

Orenda Humanity's partner NOS Pharma Limited has had to dissolve, and is no longer in existence.  NOS Pharma Limited has also terminated all associations with Octagenix Limited, HIPCO Distribution and HIPCO Global.
